Built a complete two-sided platform for TrinityP3, one of Australia's leading marketing management consultancies. Agencies enter and manage their profiles via the Register, while clients search and discover agencies using AI-powered natural language queries via the Search.
What was built:

How it was built: The entire platform — both sides, frontend, backend, API integrations, authentication, and deployment — was built 100% with Claude Code.

Enterprise Legacy Rescue: 3 Months to 20 Days
The Problem: A critical public-facing infrastructure database was trapped on legacy, end-of-life technology (PHP 5.6) running on a highly vulnerable single point of failure (one EC2 instance). The traditional timeline to untangle, refactor, and migrate this system safely was estimated at 3 to 4 months.
The YMA Solution: Using AI-assisted development workflows, we executed a rapid “20-Day Legacy Rescue Sprint.” We took a raw dump of the legacy system and entirely refactored the codebase to meet modern enterprise standards.
The Result: Upgraded the infrastructure to a Highly Available (HA), Multi-AZ AWS architecture with stateless session storage, RDS, and a complete GitLab CI/CD pipeline. Zero compromise on enterprise security, delivered in under a month.

Humans of Gestalt is a YouTube channel with nearly 500 video interviews exploring therapy topics — trauma, anxiety, relationships, eating disorders, grief, and more — through a Gestalt therapy lens. The problem: finding where a specific topic is discussed across that many videos is nearly impossible.
gestalttherapy.au solves this. It's a searchable archive of every transcript from the channel. Type a word or phrase — like “shame”, “inner child”, or “boundaries” — and instantly see every moment across all 500 videos where that topic comes up, with the exact timestamp. Click a result and you're taken straight to that point in the video.
What was built:
- Full-text search across ~500 video transcripts with instant results
- Timestamped links that jump directly to the relevant moment in each video
- Transcript extraction from YouTube captions (manual and auto-generated)
- Non-English interviews translated to English for search, with originals preserved
- Runs entirely in the browser — no server, no delay, no login required
Who it's for: Therapists and students use it as a reference library for training and supervision. Clients search for what they're going through and find the most relevant interviews. The channel itself benefits from a back catalogue that's now discoverable by topic, not just by title.
